Tuesday, April 15, 2025 – Wednesday, April 16, 2025
On 4-15-2025, a UTS-SFA officer met with a complainant at the police department in reference to an assault. The complainant stated that on 4-14-2025 his roommate assaulted him at their residence located at Lumberjack Village. There is one suspect.

On 4-16-2025, a UTS-SFA officer contacted a suspicious vehicle in the Wilson Parking Garage. As the officer approached the vehicle he smelled a strong odor of marihuana coming from the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted where THC was located. This incident is still under investigation. There is one suspect.

On 4-13-2025, a UTS-SFA officer was dispatched to Steen Hall to meet with a complainant in reference to a sexual assault. The complainant stated that on 4-12-2025, she was sexually assaulted by an unknown male inside her residence at Steen Hall. There is one suspect.

On 4-4-2025, UTS-SFA officers contacted a subject at the coliseum that was found to under the influence of alcohol. That subject was placed under arrest for public intoxication and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There was one suspect.

On 4-6-2025, a UTS-SFA officer contacted a subject that was asleep in their vehicle in Lot 43. The officer could see smoke coming from inside the vehicle and smelled burnt marihuana. The occupant admitted to smoking marihuana and admitted that there was marihuana inside the vehicle. The officer searched the vehicle and located marihuana inside. The occupant of the vehicle was issued a class b summons for possession of marihuana. There was one suspect.

Thursday, April 3, 2025 – Friday, April 4, 2025
On 4-3-2025, a UTS-SFA officer responded to Lot 3 in reference to theft. The complainant advised on 4-3-2025 someone removed nine plants from the flower bed located at the intersection of Vista Dr. and Alumni Blvd. There are two suspects.

On 4-3-2025, a UTS-SFA officer responded to the police department to speak with a student in reference to harassment. The student advised that a subject was sending inappropriate pictures of her to other people without her consent. There is one known suspect.

Tuesday, April 1, 2025 – Wednesday, April 2, 2025
On 4-1-2025, an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UTS-SFA Police Department to meet with a complainant in reference to indecent exposure. The complainant stated that an unknown male subject exposed his genitals to her in the Wilson Parking Garage. The suspect was later located by officers at a construction site on campus and arrested for public lewdness. The subject was then transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident and issued a criminal trespass warning from all of SFA’s campus. During the investigation another subject was arrested for a misdemeanor Theft warrant and was also issued a criminal trespass warning from all of SFA’s campus. There is one suspect.
