Campus Card Access Control

Public Safety Technology

The University of Texas System Police Department at SFA's public safety technology team is responsible for managing the campus card access control system.

This includes, when appropriate, granting a student access to:

  • residence halls' exterior doors
  • residential unit's front door, if applicable
  • and certain academic buildings and offices.
Emergency assistance

To report an emergency work order for a card access control system, call 936.468.2608, which is available 24-hours a day.

Non-emergency assistance

For a non-emergency work order, complete the work request form.
