Study music down under

Looking to study abroad? Our School of Music maintains a long-standing exchange relationship with the Conservatorium of Music at the University of Tasmania in Hobart, Australia that is open to students in all areas of music.

Our composition majors have especially found the program to be impactful in their studies. You'll spend a full semester in this historic and beautiful harbor city studying music in their brand new state-of-the-art facility.

UTAS provides performing and research opportunities in all areas of music – from classical to commercial.

International Student Exchange Program

All SFA students have the opportunity to study abroad through the International Student Exchange Program. ISEP gives you access to hundreds of universities worldwide in a variety of disciplines.
