Tenant Users Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) includes general liability coverage and host liquor liability for external Tenant Users that cannot provide general liability or host liquor liability coverage. Coverable events can range from low-risk events such as classroom seminars, receptions or weddings to higher risk events including sports events or concerts. Higher risk events may need to be sent to the insurance carrier for individual underwriting. Certain high-risk activities are excluded from coverage.
Liquor liability coverage is required for events where the Tenant User will sell alcohol. A supplemental application is required. Complete the TULIP application and submit to the contacts listed on the form and copy SFA Risk Management.
