Helping others

There may be times when an interaction with a student or a colleague causes you concern. Depending on the cause and your level of concern, your response may differ. The Dean of Students office has created The Red Folder (PDF) to help you process and determine next steps.

If you feel the person is an immediate threat to themselves or others, contact the University Police Department at 936.468.9111. Otherwise, read through The Red Folder to help determine your options.
