The Office of Assessment and Accountability offers technology support to all students enrolled in the James I. Perkins College of Education. Students may need to access several cloud-based systems throughout their studies.

Qualtrics

Qualtrics is an online survey and data collection platform used for evaluations, feedback, assessment and data research. The software also makes it possible to evaluate and analyze collected data.

Login instructions

  1. Log into Qualtrics.
  2. Enter your mySFA email address.
  3. Use access code gZi39 in the password prompt.
  4. Follow on-screen directions.
