Waivers

Waiver applies to nonresident tuition, reducing the amount to Texas resident tuition rates.

Eligibility

Eligible students are those who are members, spouses or children of:

  • the U.S. Armed Forces
  • or commissioned officers of the Public Health Service from states other than Texas.

Although nonresidents, the member, spouse and children may pay the resident rate while stationed in Texas.
