Welcome to Student Business Services! The primary goal for our team is to provide outstanding customer service to our students and families while maintaining the fiscal integrity of the university.

As students and parents, you'll conduct business with our office over the next several years. Important information about your bill are available through our website, including:

• payment deadlines
• how to make your payments
• and information about refunds.

Student Business Services also is responsible for the following:

• billing external third-party contracts
• processing many waivers and exemptions including the Hazlewood Act Exemption for Texas Veterans
• resolving past due balances by working with students and personnel that owe money
• coordinating debt collection efforts with outside collection agencies
• auditing student accounts, processing student 1098T forms
• and processing student refunds.
