Exemption applies to tuition and fees. Students will pay a reduced dual credit tuition.
Eligibility
Eligible students are those who:
- meet all of SFA's regular prerequisite requirements designated for the course
- for example: minimum score on a specified placement test or minimum grade in a specified previous course
- is at least junior-year high school standing or demonstrated outstanding academic performance and capability, as evidenced by GPA and PSAT/NMSQT scores
- enroll in a dual credit pathway at SFA
- enroll in courses for which you'll receive academic credit for the course from both SFA and your high school
- and enroll in classes for which SFA receives tax support (for example, a course that doesn't depend solely on student tuition and fees to cover its costs).

Continuation requirements
If on the completion of any semester or term you fail to meet the GPA requirements described in SFA's policy regarding eligibility for financial aid or have reached the excessive hour rule limits, you may not receive the exemption for the next semester or term in which you enroll.
