The Master of Science (M.S.) education program in speech-language pathology at Stephen F. Austin State University is accredited by The Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, 2200 Research Boulevard, #310, Rockville, MD 20850, 800-498-2071 or 301-296-5700.

Recipients of a master’s degree in speech-language pathology at SFA meet all academic and clinical practicum requirements prescribed by the Council for Clinical Certification of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

The Master of Arts in professional counseling at SFA is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs.

The Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in school psychology at SFA are accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists.

The Doctoral internship in school psychology at SFA is accredited by the American Psychological Associated Commission on Accreditation.
