Facility Construction

In anticipation of the center's growth, SFA proposed a 15-acre location that can accommodate the services and projects that will be offered within CARRI.

The currently-developed property, owned by SFA and the former location of the Science Research Center, is located at 7308 NW Stallings Dr, otherwise known as lot 14 block 72 of HWY 59N, within the City of Nacogdoches, Nacogdoches County, Texas.

This property is located for prime access to the future I-69 corridor expansion project.

Renovations to the buildings are expected to reach completion by 2026. Project stakeholders include Deep East Texas Council of Governments and the Economic Development Administration.
