SFA’s geology programs combine world-class instruction with small class sizes and hands-on learning. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in unique research projects and get out of the classroom and into the field with our popular field camp. You’ll attend conferences and build a network of mentors and professionals.
By the time you earn your degree, you’ll be prepared for a rewarding, high-paying career in a variety of settings and industries, including oil and gas, mining, government survey, agriculture, environmental science and academic research.
