Our Supporting Goals
The strategic plan's overarching goal will be made possible by achieving four interdependent supporting goals: attracting and supporting a high-quality faculty and staff, fostering academic and co-curricular innovation, redefining university culture and increasing connections. These four supporting goals are built on the foundation of meaningful and sustained enrollment growth.
The responsibility for striving to reach the vision we have collectively determined belongs to all of us.
Working teams have been, and will be, assembled to develop strategies to advance each of the four supporting goals.
