**Cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible, and any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance will incur the minimum charge**
**Failure to write down the mileage on the vehicle charge slip will incur a $20 administrative fee**
- Renting department will be billed for all toll charges accrued.
- Renting department will be billed for any damaged equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
- Overnight trips, meals and lodging for drivers must be provided by the renting department. For day trips, meals are optional.
- Reservation itineraries are required for all trips that require a driver. These need to be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
- Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis (with the exception of the road buses).
