Internal Custom Information Requests

The SFA Office of Institutional Research typically provides ad-hoc aggregate reports to SFA internal requestors. Custom internal requests are prioritized and addressed based on criteria such as federal, state and accreditation requirements as well as available resources during the time period in which the custom requested information is desired.

Reports

To submit an internal custom report request, SFA campus users can select the 'Institutional Research Data Request' link beneath the 'Research Tools' heading in the Resources section of mySFA.

Student-level Data

For student-level information distribution, internal data requests must be reviewed by SFA Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act representatives and fulfilled by Information Technology Services if approved for distribution. The ITS form, named Computer Run Request/Label Request, is available on the SFA Business Forms web page for student-level data information request consideration.

External Custom Information Requests

We encourage external requesters to reference JackFacts and Fast Facts for Lumberjacks to find the most commonly requested information before contacting University Marketing Communications.
