Named in honor of longtime SFA Gardens friend and a driving force behind the creation of the Nacogdoches Azalea Trail, the Gayla Mize Garden is located at the corner of University Drive and Starr Avenue with a portion of the SFA's multiuse and bike trails winding through the beautiful scenery. The garden is open from dawn to dusk.
