Did you know any SFA organization or department can host an outreach program? We have assisted with programs for residence life, academics, Greek life and student organizations. Explore the options below to find the outreach program that best fits your needs. Complete the Outreach Interest Form at least two weeks before the requested date.
Group Axe
Let us help you and your group reach your fitness goals. Invite one of our Group Axe instructors to your organization’s meeting or your department for a private class or special event.
Don’t have the space available? You can also take advantage of one of our two multipurpose studios.
What is the cost?
Outreach hosted at the Student Recreation Center:
- $25 per session
- Additional costs may occur if an additional instructor is needed.
- You can rent one of our two multipurpose studios.
- Equipment is provided.
- Membership fees may apply.

- $35 per session
- Additional costs may occur if an additional instructor is needed.
- Instructors can come to your desired location.
- Equipment is provided.

Massage Therapy
Let us bring relaxation to your department, group or organization. Our certified massage therapist can re-energize your day by coming to your location and offering 15-minute chair massages.

What type of activities can I request?
Our certified massage therapist offers chair massages as well as partner lessons teaching you how to massage. Visit the Massage Therapy page to learn more about the massage services offered.
Personal Training
Do you want to bring a higher level of fitness to your organization or department? Invite one of our certified personal trainers to teach hourlong one-on-one or group sessions.
$35 per session
What type of activities can I request?
Our trainer will teach you about the five components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. Visit the Personal Training page to learn more about the personal training program.
