Booty Boot Camp: This fun, booty-toning workout integrates a variety of exercises specifically targeting the glutes. This 30-minute class will give your booty a serious lift. All fitness levels are welcome.

Cycling: Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Cycling targets the lower body, providing a workout you might not expect. No experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle.
Cycling Blitz: This high-energy, music-based class will challenge your endurance with a mix of intervals, hill climbs, endurance rides and sprints. You’ll be sure to work up a sweat as you pedal along to the beat. Training on the bike makes this workout low impact on the joints but plenty challenging. H.I.I.T. Blast: This energetic class focuses on toning and sculpting your body into shape. The mixture of high-intensity interval techniques gets your heart pumping and muscles burning for more. All fitness levels are welcome.

With just one resistance band, you can capture all the postural, core and alignment challenges for which reformer work is famous — courtesy of Pilates mat programming that mirrors traditional reformer exercises.

MixxedFit: MixxedFit has been referred to as a “people-inspired fitness program” that weaves together various forms of movement and boot camp training techniques. This innovative dance-fitness class incorporates different elements, all of which are designed to tone, strengthen and increase endurance.
Morning Boot Camp: Jump-start your morning with an outdoor workout in our new outdoor fitness area. Morning Boot Camp incorporates a variety of high-intensity training styles and prepares you to tackle the rest of your day. Pickleball Fitness: Boost your exercise routine and meet new friends! This fun sport combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. All skills and fitness levels are encouraged to join.
