The Student Recreation Center outdoor pool is the perfect place for you to swim, play and relax.
Open seasonally to Campus Recreation members and pool members, the zero-depth entry pool features a 270-foot lazy river and a huge multipurpose area, with plenty of space to hang out with friends or join an impromptu game of basketball or volleyball in the water. An island in the middle of all the fun, the diving well is the perfect place to practice your diving skills or compete in a cannonball contest.
Get a full-body workout by swimming laps in one of our three lap lanes or joining an aqua group fitness class, and relax afterward in our 23-person spa hot tub with hydrotherapy jets.

Enjoy lunch at one of our tables on the pool deck, or sit back and read a book in a lounger by the water. The locker rooms feature changing areas, restrooms and showers so you can go from pool to the classroom with ease.
Events at the pool
Campus Rec hosts several aquatic events during the pool season, ranging from concerts to dive-in movies and contests. Organizations may reserve the pool for events, like student group gatherings, project graduations, end-of-year school parties, birthday parties and camps.
Courtyard
With two outdoor basketball courts, two sand volleyball courts and horseshoe pits, the outdoor courtyard at the Student Recreation Center is your place for outdoor games and fun. The courtyard also features shaded seating, two outdoor showers, and lighting that helps you take your game into the evening so you can stay and play with us.
The outdoor courtyard is connected to the pool deck and allows for an easy dip in the pool during open season. The courtyard is available for reservation. Pick up any outdoor equipment, like basketballs or volleyballs, at the front desk of the Student Recreation Center.
