Find Funding

The Office of Research and Graduate Studies supports faculty and staff endeavors to secure funding for research, scholarly, and creative activities. Activities may take forms such as capacity building, student activities, service projects, instructional activities and pilot programs.

We provide assistance in finding potential sponsors, developing proposals and budgets, assembly of grant packages, and submissions to the sponsor.

Most applications to federal and state agencies are submitted online by the authorized organizational representative. At SFA, this representative is the dean of ORGS or a member of the grants team. Some forms still require a signature by the appropriate vice-president or cabinet level position and/or the president.

All electronic proposals are submitted by ORGS.
