The Department of Computer Science is committed to fostering interaction and supporting faculty mentored research activity with students. We believe that undergraduate research enriches a student’s professional experience, synthesizes course material, promotes mentorship, and provides opportunities for partaking in public dissemination of research to the public and various stakeholders. Students learn about research opportunities through college supported events, direct advertisement by the department, and through explorative coursework.
