Request Conference Funding

The Center for Student Research and Creative Discovery has funds for students who are presenting their research at conferences. For the 2023-24 academic year, we have 14 awards per semester (14 for the fall semester and 14 for the spring semester); however, only two students per college will be awarded the funds per semester. You can request to be added to the waitlist in case the center has funds that are not claimed.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are awarded until funds are exhausted. All forms must be completed to be considered for an award. 

Requirements

• You must be enrolled at SFA.
• You must be the author of the research being presented.
• The research information must be presented in oral or poster format. 
• You must complete the survey form and provide your research abstract and letter of acceptance. If you cannot cut and paste these into the form, send details to csrcd@sfasu.edu.
