NACOGDOCHES, Texas –– Stephen F. Austin State University’s School of Music is proud to present a captivating evening of choral music with the "Autumn Impressions" concert, performed by the Chamber Singers. The event will take place at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 30 in Cole Concert Hall.

Directed by Dr. Michael Murphy, professor of conducting and director of choral activities, the concert will feature choral works from a diverse array of composers, including Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck, Alice Parker, Eric Whitacre, Susan LeBarr, Alessandro Scarlatti, John Bennet, Moses Hogan and others. The program promises an engaging blend of historical and contemporary choral pieces that capture the spirit of the autumn season.
