SFA and Nacogdoches leaders visit Texas Capitol for Nacogdoches - SFA Days


Members of Stephen F. Austin State University's Student Government Association visited with Rep. Jason Isaac of Dripping Springs at the Texas Capitol Wednesday. Isaac is a 1996 graduate of SFA and the only Lumberjack currently serving in the Texas House of Representatives. Stephen F. Austin State University administrators, Nacogdoches city and county government leaders, and members of the 2016-17 Leadership Nacogdoches class give a Lumberjack salute on the steps of the Texas Capitol Thursday morning. The group traveled from East Texas to join Rep. Travis Clardy of Nacogdoches and Sen. Robert Nichols of Jacksonville for Nacogdoches - SFA Days, held Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 15-16, during the 85th Texas Legislative Session.
