NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS - For anyone who is still looking for unique holiday gift ideas, the Stephen F. Austin State University College of Fine Arts may have just the solution-tickets to the Vienna Boys Choir concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, in W.M. Turner Auditorium.
The famed choir has entertained worldwide audiences with the clarity, power and beauty of their angelic voices for over 500 years, explained John W. Goodall, associate dean of the College of Fine Arts. "We are thrilled to bring these wonderfully talented 10- to 14-year-olds to East Texas as part of our University Series."
"This is proving to be one of this season's most popular events," said Diane J. Flynn, Fine Arts Box Office manager. "We're selling to couples, groups and families because it has such universal appeal."
Tickets range from $35 to $17.50, with discounts available for seniors and students. Prior to the Christmas holidays, the Box Office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Dec. 23.
