NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS - The Stephen F. Austin State University School of Art has announced that Griffith Gallery will close Friday, March 13, for the university's spring break and reopen Tuesday, March 23.

"SFA Graduate Student Show," which is currently on exhibit in Griffith Gallery, runs through Wednesday, April 8. Regular gallery hours are 12:30 to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. The gallery is located in the Griffith Fine Arts Building, Room 208.

The Cole Art Center @ The Old Opera House, located at 329 E. Main St. in downtown Nacogdoches, will maintain its regular hours of 12:30 to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday during spring break.

The final day for "Everything Old is New Again: The Sewn Drawings of China Marks" currently on exhibit in the Reavley Gallery is Sunday, March 15.

On exhibit in the upstairs hallway through Sunday, March 29, is "Fine Line: Mental Health/Mental Illness." The exhibition by San Antonio-based photographer Michael Nye combines black-and -white portraits with audio recordings of the subject's stories in an effort to confront stereotypes and reveal the courage and fragility of those living with mental illness.
