NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS - The Stephen F. Austin State University School of Music has announced that the Piney Woods Camerata concert originally scheduled for 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept 14, will now be presented at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, in Cole Concert Hall.

The conductor-less string ensemble is led by SFA string faculty members Jennifer Dalmas, violin; Gene H. Moon viola; and Evgeni Raychev, cello. High school string players from around the region will join the trio in presenting compositions by W.A. Mozart and Sir Edward Elgar.

The featured work will be Arcangelo Corelli's "Concerto Grosso Op. 6 No. 3" as a part of the group's mission to perform all 12 concerti grossi of the Italian composer and violin virtuoso before the 300th anniversary of his death in 2013.

Cole Concert Hall is located at 2210 Alumni Dr. on the SFA campus.
