Access Control

The Public Safety Technology Division of the UPD is responsible for the management of the campus card access control system. This includes student access to exterior doors at residence halls and individual rooms in certain halls, as well as some academic buildings/offices.

To report an emergency work order for a card access control system, please call the Police Department Communications Center at 936-468-2608 24-hours-a-day. For a non-emergency work order, please complete the Work Request Form and email the completed form to updtech@sfasu.edu.
