Jerry Pennington is a practicing Attorney and Municipal Court Judge in the City of Orange, Texas. He was born and raised in Orange and other than education at the University of Texas in Austin and serving in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam era, he has lived there all of his life. Jerry has served on the City Council and local school board as well as the County Historical Commission and Orange Historical Society. When bored with that he works on the 102 year old residence in the historic district of town with the help of his wife, Susan.
