"This was my grandparents' house (Eloy and Marquette Wallace). I remember one time the wood heater caught on fire and damaged the roof. I gave my Papaw what I thought at the time was a large amount of money to help pay to fix it. I'm sure it was a tiny amount, but my Papaw thanked me as if it was a fortune. "
