"Read Across SFA"

Stephen F. Austin State University Charter School students observed National Read Across America Day Monday by participating in "Read Across SFA." Many campus leaders played host to the students throughout the day, including SFA President Baker Pattillo, pictured here visiting with Stephanie Creel's kindergarten class in his Austin Building office. The first lady, Dr. Janice Pattillo (center), later read "The Ugly Duckling" to the class. Also pictured is Susan Williams, special assistant to the president.
