Nacogdoches Art League exhibition to open

Roger Hughes' ceramic vase won "Best in Show" in the 2008 Nacogdoches Art League Juried Art Exhibition. The 2009 show will open Friday, May 29, at The Cole Art Center @ The Old Opera House.
NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS - The Nacogdoches Art League will open its 39th annual juried exhibition at 6 p.m. Friday, May 29, in the Reavley Gallery of The Cole Art Center @ The Old Opera House, 329 E. Main St. in Nacogdoches.
"We are always happy to host this exhibition," said Christian Cutler, SFA director of galleries. "The show's diverse mix of artwork makes it an enjoyable show for everyone."
Regular hours for the exhibition, which will run through Sunday, June 21, are 12:30 to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Admission to the opening and show is free. For more information, please call (936) 468-1131.
