SFA has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official student enrollment and degree verifications.
Requests from current students
Enrollment verification requests
Request your official enrollment verification certificates through the National Student Clearinghouse.
These certificates are accepted by insurance companies, scholarships and other services as proof of your:
- enrollment full-/part-time status
- dates of attendance
- and classification.
Your enrollment information is available to you 24/7 at no charge through the NSC myHub portal. View tutorial.
Degree verification requests
Request a certificate verifying your degree through the National Student Clearinghouse myHub portal. View tutorial.
Certification of Information
Requests involving the completion of specific third-party forms should be completed through the Office of the Registrar's online certification of information form. Examples include:
- loan deferment
- state licensing
- insurance
- or a verification that requires information not found on the enrollment verification certificate.

Request an enrollment or degree verification by submitting a completed certification of information request PDF form to the Office of the Registrar.
If you are a third-party agency
Third-party verification requests
Examples include: Healthcare companies, employers, insurance agencies and verification agencies.
Third-party agencies who are needing a verification of enrollment on a current or former SFA student should contact the National Student Clearinghouse.
