On 5-2-2024, a UPD officer contacted a vehicle parked in a no parking zone in front of Steen Hall. The officer contacted the driver who was in possession of alcohol and was under the age of twenty-one. The driver was issued a citation for minor in possession of alcohol. There is one suspect.
Wednesday May 1, 2024 – Thursday May 2, 2024
On 5-1-2024, a UPD officer contacted a vehicle in the Village Parking Garage in reference to loud music. As the officer contacted the occupants of the vehicle he noticed two subjects in the vehicle were in possession of an open container of alcohol. One subject was under the age of twenty-one. That subject was issued a citation for minor in possession of alcohol. There was one suspect.

On 5-2-2024, UPD officers responded to Lumberjack Landing in reference to a fire alarm. The officers found one room that had sustained fire damage. The fire was extinguished by hall staff and the sprinkler system prior to officer’s arrival. It appeared that the fire started from a multi-plug outlet extender. There were no injuries.
