Title: Flat Rock at Creek
"This is where my friends and I would sit and talk. Many times I learned some important facts of life sitting there and talking to my mother. She was a smart lady and believed in an education. She did not get her LVN license until she was in her 50s. Her dream was to be a nurse and she never gave up. I was not college material so to help get, or learn a trade my dad & mom moved to Kilgore so I could be certified in welding. We then moved back here to Shelby County."
