Title: Old Emanis Home Place (or upper house)
"This is where the "upper house" of the Emanis family was located. There is evidence of a fireplace and a cistern. They did not have a water well, so all I can think about is how far it was to carry water, My mother-in-law always tells me about how her grandmother would make her and the other kids carry water up to this house when they were "resting" from their other chores."
