Description: Colonial Revival, two-story, front-facing symmetrical "U" plan, apartment building. Moderately sloped roof hipped-with-ridge with slight eave overhang and cornice with composition shingles. Exterior façades are yellow brick veneer. The front (west) façade is dominated by two wings and the front of the center block On the front façade of the north and south wings there are a set of adjoining 1/1 single-hung sashed windows on the first and second floor. The front façade of the center block consists of an accentuated yellow paneled door with transom lights and a small brick arched entry with gabled pediment. On either side of the door is a pair of adjoining 1/1 single-hung sashed windows. On the second floor there is a single 1/1 single-hung sashed window with two pairs of adjoining 1/1 single-hung sashed windows on either side. On the side walls of the front facade there are two ranked 1/1 single-hung sashed windows on each floor and on each side. The north and south façades on both the first and second floor consists of a pair of single-hung sashed windows, then a projection with a set of adjoining 1/1 single-hung sashed windows on the side and a 1/1 single-hung sashed window on back of the projection on each floor. A smaller 1/1 single-hung sashed window then another pair of adjoining 1/1 single-hung sashed windows.
