- Description: 1-story wood frame Queen Anne house with drop siding; massed plan; asphalt hip-and-gable roof with cornice returns pierced by one brick chimney stack; 1 gable dormer on front facade; projecting wood porch upheld by boxed columns; windows are 4/4 and 1/1 double hung; brick pier foundation.
- Significance: This home, perhaps the most architecturally imposing in the district, was built as the residence of Rev. Lawson Reed, founding pastor of the Zion Hill Baptist Church. Reed descendants still reside in the house.
