Architectural Survey
The Frazer-Adair home is a one-story Folk Victorian structure with a full length porch supported by wood columns. The front facade contains five bays with the main entrance cenetered between four windows.
Historical Background
According to Max Lale, the Frazer-Adair home was built around 1852 as a gift from Judge George B. Adkins to his friend, Judge Charles A. Frazier. The kitchen was built over a small stream, which created early refrigeration.
