Approved by The University of Texas Board of Regents on Feb. 19, 2026, the Stephen F. Austin State University Campus Master Plan serves as a strategic, multi-year roadmap that will guide the physical development of our institution over the next 10 years.
Developed through extensive input from leadership, students, faculty, staff, alumni and community stakeholders, the plan outlines a long-term vision for campus growth and transformation. It assesses facility needs, supports enrollment growth, strengthens the university's identity, enhances the student experience, improves pedestrian and vehicular circulation and identifies future development and land-use opportunities, positioning SFA to thoughtfully transform its campus over the next decade and beyond.
