Ready to learn about your body composition?
Meet with a certified personal trainer to complete a three-site skinfold assessment. Available to members and non-members, this 15-minute session will help you determine your amount of lean body mass versus fat body mass. The personal trainer will also provide you with general guidelines for how to improve body composition.
A body composition assessment is $5 and registration is completed at the administration office, located in the Student Recreation Center.
Certified Personal Training: Takes the stress out of fitness
Whether you are looking for one-on-one attention or you prefer to have a workout partner, we will customize your training program with one of our certified personal trainers. Set your own fitness and wellness goals alongside a dedicated and knowledgeable partner. Build your fitness level, reduce stress and feel confident during your workout.
Our trainers will guide you through a 60-minute session that emphasizes the five components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition.
Limited to groups of two, partner sessions are a great for friends or couples who share similar fitness and wellness goals.
Ready to sign up?
To sign up for personal training sessions, all potential clients must complete a registration packet. Stop by the administration office, located in the Student Recreation Center, to sign up and get your packet.
All packages include a comprehensive fitness assessment.
No refunds will be given for personal training sessions, packages or programs.
