Fast-paced career options

Advertising is everywhere as businesses find new ways to engage with consumers. Simultaneously, many news stories are created and distributed by public relations professionals to frame their clients in the best light. As an advertising or public relations professional, you’ll have a hand in two of the most exciting, fast-paced and deadline-driven careers in the 21st century.

At SFA, we help our students understand the roles advertising and public relations play in today’s society and provide you with a comprehensive look at the legal and ethical principles involved. You will have the opportunity to conduct industry research and work with real clients at local and national levels, as well as learn how to create and deliver digital and written strategic messaging for and on behalf of clients.

If creating advertisements and strategizing about how best to promote a business to consumers intrigues you, this is the program for you.
