Flu Shot Clinic

Don't miss out on SFA’s flu shot clinic!

Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services will provide an onsite flu shot clinic for university employees from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 22 in the Baker Pattillo Student Center's President's Suite.

If you are on the university BlueCross BlueShield insurance plan, the cost of your flu shot will be billed to your insurance. Please provide a photocopy of your insurance card and driver’s license at the clinic. Registration times are approximate and not guaranteed. Please expect a short wait during the clinic.
