Make great TV
At SFA, we believe in providing our students with everything they need to succeed in their chosen fields. SFA-TV2 and our YouTube channel, JackTVSFA, give students the opportunity to work at an actual television station and put together news broadcasts. This provides you with the hands-on experience you need to succeed in the workforce.
Get involved
SFA-TV2 can help students get an understanding of what it takes to run a television station. From pre-production meetings to post-production editing work, students are able to get involved with all aspects of the television industry.
To find out more about getting involved at SFA-TV2, contact Dr. Casey Hart at hartcb@sfasu.edu.
What you can do
Students who wish to get involved at SFA-TV2 can choose from a variety of great positions that best suit their interests. From editing news pieces to writing scripts, running the teleprompter to being an on-air news anchor, students have the opportunity to try their hands at the jobs that pique their interest in the broadcast world.
