Stephen F. Upon contacting the customer relations representative with your concern, complaint or question, the representative will address the matter directly or contact, on your behalf, the proper university vice president responsible for resolving your particular issue. The customer relations representative or other authorized person will then contact you by phone, traditional mail, e-mail or fax with a response.
